Rest as needed between sets.
In the warm-up sets and the first few working sets keep weight relatively low to focus on technique. Then start to increase weight for more strength building.
WOD
6 rounds for time of:
7 Hang Power Cleans, 155/110 lbs
5 Handstand Push-ups Rest, 1:30
Treat each round as a sprint, rest in between rounds.
